A: Our face masque blends are in dry powder form, designed to be activated fresh by you. Just mix with water or floral mist and apply.

Q: What’s the shelf life?
A: Dry products are naturally long-lasting! Our masques stay fresh for up to 12 months unopened and 6 months once opened, just keep them sealed and dry.

Q: Why do you use dry powder instead of pre-mixed?
A: No water = no need for preservatives, less packaging waste, and longer shelf life. It’s better for your skin and the planet.

Q: Can I mix two masques together?
A: Yes! Customising your routine is part of the experience. AUREATE COAST + HUSH VALLEY is a fan favourite. Let each blend shine, we suggest using no more than two at a time to keep their active botanicals at full strength.

Q: Do I need a brush or bowl?
A: We recommend the included sleek glass mixing bowl and brush for a spa-like experience, but fingers and a spoon work just as well!

Q: Are these suitable for sensitive skin?
A: HUSH VALLEY is the recommended masque for sensitive skin. Always patch test if you have concerns. Avoid the NOIR HAVEN, it is not recommended for sensitive skin.

Q: Are your products natural or organic?
A: Yes! we use 100% natural botanical and mineral powders. No synthetic fillers, no preservatives.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days within Australia. All orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
